1. General Provisions:

1.1. The closed testing service is provided exclusively for Android applications.

1.2. We do not offer any services other than closed testing of Android applications.

 

2. Service Description:

2.1. Testing of your application is conducted by a random group of testers (20 to 25 people) at random times and with a random number of sessions daily.

2.2. We do not provide any reports regarding the results of testing.

2.3. We do not perform repeated testing of applications, as the cause of a rejection might be an incorrectly completed Google questionnaire. We are not responsible for any mistakes made by the users.

 

3. Restrictions and Exclusions:

3.1. We do not provide services to Russian citizens and reserve the right to refuse services in any situations related to this category of users.

3.2. We do not guarantee that your application will be approved by Google Play Store.

 

4. Application Compatibility:

4.1. Your application must be fully compatible with Android 10.

4.2. If your application is incompatible with the specified Android version, the testing service may be terminated without a refund.

 

5. Liability:

5.1. We are not responsible for the outcomes of your application review by Google Play Store.

5.2. We do not take responsibility for errors or omissions in the Google questionnaire completed by the user.

 

6. Amendments to Terms:

6.1. PlayStoreTesting reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

6.2. The current version of the terms and conditions is always available on our website.
