Refund Eligibility:

 

    1.    Voluntary Cancellation:

  • If a user decides to cancel the testing, a refund request will only be considered if the cancellation occurs within the first 3 days.

  • Cancellations made after the 3-day period are not eligible for refunds.

    2.    Technical Issues:

  • If we are unable to test the app due to technical reasons, it is eligible for a refund.

  • To initiate a refund, users must submit a request through our official website within the designated timeframe.

  • We will assess the completion status of the app testing or the cancellation date to determine if the refund criteria are met.

    4.    Ineligibility:

  • Requests for refunds due to cancellations made after the 3-day period will not be considered.

  • In cases of technical problems or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the completion of testing within the designated timeframe, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

    2.    Misconduct:

  • Refunds will not be granted if users misuse the testing process or violate our terms of service.
